We are now looking for a treatment assistant for Idun Support Housing. Idun is a sober and drug-free residence with daily support measures from the staff. Idun has 14 places for women with dependency issues.

Your Mission

In the role of treatment assistant, you will primarily work with social support measures and be responsible for creating a stable and safe environment at the support housing. Some practical and administrative tasks will be included. The position involves work during days, evenings, and weekends.

Your mission also includes:

• being a contact person for several residents
• communicating and collaborating with authorities and healthcare.

Your Background

We are looking for someone with post-secondary education as a treatment assistant or healthcare education with a focus on psychiatry. You have experience working with dependency issues, either as a treatment assistant or healthcare staff. The job requires good verbal and written skills in Swedish, a B driver's license, and good computer skills.

If you have training in MI (motivational interviewing), training in NPF (neuropsychiatric disabilities), and training in domestic violence, it is considered an advantage. We also appreciate experience working with individuals with mental disabilities and experience dealing with domestic violence. Knowledge of low-arousal approaches is a plus.

As a person, you are flexible and can see opportunities in change. You have the ability to see the big picture and view issues from a broader perspective. The job suits you if you find it easy to collaborate and relate to others in a responsive and smooth manner. Additionally, you remain calm and composed in various situations and can focus on the right things.
